1. Who can use Docs

Employees sign in with their company’s AutoScale account and can create documents. People outside the company take part only in documents they’re invited to, as AutoScale contacts.

2. Your content

Your company owns the documents its people write. We use them only to provide Docs, as the privacy policy describes.

3. AI suggestions

AutoScale suggests; people decide. Check every suggestion before you accept it. Reference checks help you find problems, but they don’t prove that a source supports what you wrote.

4. Templates

Templates, including legal templates, are starting points, not legal or professional advice.
